Ingredients per capsule: Black seed extract (Nigella sativa L.) 100 mg, including 20 mg thymoquinone; vegetarian capsule (HPMC); acacia fibre 60 mg; cinnamon bark extract (Cinnamomum verum J. Presl) 50 mg (plant equivalent 500 mg); bulking agent: magnesium carbonate 20 mg; chromium picolinate 1.026 mg, providing 125 µg chromium (625% RDA).
