Delivery & Returns
Where we deliver
We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship outside the UAE at the moment.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order within the UAE, with no minimum order value.
Order processing and delivery times
Orders are prepared and handed to our courier the same day or the next business day. Delivery then usually takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on the emirate. These are estimates and can be longer during public holidays, Ramadan and peak periods.
Courier and tracking
Your order is delivered by Quiqup or Aramex. When it ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. The courier may call or message you to arrange delivery, so please give a mobile number where you can be reached.
Cash on delivery
If you choose cash on delivery, we confirm your order by WhatsApp before shipping. You can pay the courier in cash or by card.
Delivery address and failed deliveries
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If the courier cannot reach you, the parcel comes back to us and we contact you to arrange a new delivery.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, missing or wrong, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it at no cost.
Returns
You can return unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements and cosmetics cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or are not what you ordered.
To start a return, email us at allal.alaoui@hayriadtrade.com before sending anything: parcels sent back without a return request cannot be accepted. We will reply with the return instructions. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may need a few more days to show it.
